		<description>Start with weight as soon as possible!!! The longer you wait to start training with added weight the longer you will have to wait for results. Start with 10-20kg. Do three set of low reps (1-3). As soon as you can do three sets of 3 reps add more weight. Do this 2-3 times per week</description>

		<description>I would weight until you can get three of four sets of ten chinups before adding weight.  After that I would add weight in small increments and see how it goes - perhaps ten pound increments.</description>

		<description>I  bought a dip belt yesterday i would like to know what is the best weight to start out on?  My bw is 84kgs or 13 stone. I can do 10 pull ups without no weight, anyone of you guys have any suggestions?

		<description>Lower back was okay days after this workout although my neck felt like it had been cranked a little bit as did my wrists and forearms.  Weighted chins are like a form of traction.  I think there must be a better way to add weight to your body.  I&#039;m still thinking of a weight vest in combination with a dip belt.</description>
