One arm chins – latest workout

I forgot to post my workout last week. I did alternating one arm come downs (basically negative chins with one arm).
warm up – couple sets of two handed neutral grip chins of 8 each |
1st set – 12 reps (6 each arm)
2nd set – 10 reps (5 each arm)
3rd set – 8 reps (4 each)
finished with a couple sets of 2 handed neutral grip chins

Nice blog! I too am on a quest for a one arm chin. I am really into bodyweight exercises. I can do lots of one arm pushups but the one arm chin is quite elusive! I did my first muscle-up the other day! I also am working on flags.

Thanks for comment. I’m still working on the muscle up. I need to rededicate myself to getting that skill.
