Arnold Pump and Run Fills Up in Four Days
![]() |
Actually registration ended in less than four days this year and they expanded the field to 750 competitors. After having been shut out from the pump and run last year, I registered at 12:06 am on November 1 this time.
I’ve been running and getting in pretty decent shape. I need to get a bench press at home soon. Maybe next week, I’ll get one. I think I’m on to a new benchpress training method. Stay tuned. |
