I’ve fallen behind on my training updates – so let’s hit it:

Sunday – five miler outside on some hilly, snowy, and icy trails (tough).

Monday – Bench workout – minute sets of 175 – 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,4,4

Tuesday – 4 miler at 7:30 pace

Thursday – Bench workout – minute sets of 175, 6,6,6,6,6,6,6,4,4,3
4 miler at 7:30, 7:19, 7:19 and 7:09 – miles 2 and 3 up slight grade
